Sugaring for “cool” areas
At Beauty Way, sugar paste is often used for legs, arms and back. The technique removes hair in its direction of growth.
Hot wax for “warm” areas
For bikini, underarms and face, we often use stripless hot wax, including Italwax. Sensations vary with the area and individual sensitivity.
Why stripless?
The salon works with sugar paste and stripless hot wax. The product and technique are chosen for the area and skin condition, without promising irritation-free treatment.
What if you prefer another technique?
You can request sugaring for the bikini area. Your practitioner checks suitability; moisture and perspiration can affect the paste’s grip. Allow around 4–5 mm of hair growth.
